When you coach, you play an important role in developing athletes and can inspire participants to make sport a part of their daily lives. Coaches help players learn new skills, develop a healthy mindset and have fun.
We're excited to announce our coaches for the 2025-2026 season!
Fun 2 - Vicki Mitchell
Vicki is excited to continue working with some of our youngest athletes to share her love of ringette. She is dedicated to helping young children develop skills and confidence on the ice and instilling the things that team sport taught her as a child including teamwork, community, physical strength, confidence and learning strategies along with problem solving.
Fun 3 - Heather Veilleux
Heather brings more than 20 years experience coaching ringette and other sports to Cambridge Ringette Association (CRA), and has been a CRA coach for 3 years. She is passionate about continuing to support player development and fostering a positive, connected team environment.
U12B - Crystal Soper
Crystal is looking forward to continuing her coaching journey with the U12 team again this season. As a player and now coach, she loved watching the bonds develop between team mates and is hoping to help more players continue their growth, development and love for the game.
U16B - Kelsey Tonner
Kelsey is excited to share her life-long love of ringette with the next generation of players. She is looking forward to coaching along-side her sister to have fun, teach players new skills and strategy and help grow the female-centred sport they have played since they were kids.
U16A - Michelle Whissell
Michelle has been a part of the Cambridge Ringette Association her whole life. Michelle has been a long term player, referee and coach and is excited to continue developing young athletes to their full potential while having fun.
