Cambridge Ringette is committed to creating a safe environment for players to enjoy the game. This page contains resources to help prevent and report injuries (should they occur).
Ringette Ontario Concussion Policy: Ringette Ontario is committed to ensuring the safety of everyone participating in the sport of Ringette. Ringette Ontario recognizes the increased awareness of Concussions and their long-term effects and believes that prevention of Concussions is paramount to protecting the health and safety of Participants.
Ringette Ontario Injury Reporting Form: If you, your child or a member of the team you coach has been injured during a ringette related activity, please complete the online injury report form.
Player Medical Form: Ringette Ontario has extended medical insurance available for individuals who sustain injuries during ringette related activities. This program is intended to be used if:
- Expenses are above what OHIP cover;
- Your primary insurance provider no longer or does not cover the expense;
- You have no other insurance coverage.
